Excelsior offers programs for children, youth and adults looking for mental health counseling, primary care, medication management, and Respite care. Additionally, we have specialized services to respond to individuals and families experiencing frequent hospitalizations, interactions with law enforcement, or involvement with child protective services.
We serve all individuals within the City and County of Spokane regardless of their ability to pay.

Excelsior utilizes a sliding fee discount program to ensure person-centered care, improve access to care and assure that no person is denied services due solely to an inability to pay.
