Excelsior Wellness is a nonprofit corporation supporting multiple organizations connected through a common purpose.
Our alternative approach that connects education, behavioral health, primary care, and social and human services builds a foundation for more successful outcomes.
Our holistic philosophy means we see, honor, and care for the whole person and meet them where they are physically, emotionally, mentally, intellectually, financially, socially, and spiritually.
In every aspect of care, we seek to create partnerships for wellness and recovery. We put patients at the center of care and aim to become trusted partners on their wellness journey.
we achieve more.
Excelsior Wellness aligns people, institutions, and resources to restore and preserve our community’s mental, emotional and physical health, and well-being.
That all people live healthier, stronger, and more satisfying lives.

Equity Opportunity Statement
Your health shouldn’t depend on the color of your skin or the neighborhood you live in. The crisis in racial disparities in our country’s health care is in need of immediate changes and unacceptable. While Excelsior Wellness and our subsidiaries have made great strides in addressing racial health disparities in our local communities, we understand that there is so much more to be done. We are committed to ensuring quality care and culturally sensitive and responsive services are available to every service participant and staff member. If this is not your experience, do not hesitate to reach out to our community care officer or Human Resources office.
