Andrew Hill is a visionary enterprise CEO dedicated to advancing innovative solutions in health, housing, and community development. Andrew has built a resilient enterprise by securing substantial capital investments and operational funding to advance cutting-edge projects in healthcare, workforce development, housing, and intergenerational community design. A strategic
leader and equity advocate, Andrew serves on multiple boards, including the Governor’s Council, the Washington State Partnership Council on Juvenile Justice, Centene’s Coordinated Care of Washington, and others, where he contributes to advancing system-wide health equity initiatives and transformative community impact. Recognized for his leadership, Andrew was awarded the CEO of the Year Award by the National Leadership and Diversity Council in 2021. An AmeriCorps alum, his work embodies a lifelong commitment to measurable impact, collaboration, and creating sustainable models for thriving communities.
